Genetic insights for prescribing decisions.
ProxiGene PGx is a provider-ordered pharmacogenomics panel that translates inherited variation into a structured, clinically oriented report. BioMed Partners connects practices and health systems with the HealthSpan360 team to explore implementation.

FROM SAMPLE TO ACTION
The ordering clinician requests the panel and a buccal swab is collected for laboratory analysis.
The assay evaluates selected metabolism, transporter, HLA and pharmacodynamic markers. Results are interpreted with reference to CPIC, DPWG, FDA and PharmGKB resources.
A clinician action summary prioritizes major and moderate findings, followed by therapeutic assessments, genotype details, methods and citations. The prescriber considers the result alongside the full clinical picture.
WHAT MAKES THE REPORT USEFUL
Potential gene–drug interactions are triaged with drug or dose considerations where the report supports them.
Diplotype and phenotype calls, including no-action findings, accompany the list of alleles interrogated.
Findings are organized by therapeutic area and include guideline or labeling references to support clinician review.
POTENTIAL CLINICAL APPLICATIONS
Examples illustrate gene–drug areas included in the source materials; a result does not determine treatment on its own.
